Our Policy Overview

Thanga Roja Jewellers believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy designed to protect your interests.

Order Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order/payment.
  • Requests may not be entertained if the gold allocation or shipping process has already been initiated.
  • Perishable Items: Cancellation is not applicable for items like flowers or custom eatables if ordered via our gifting services.
Refund & Replacement Policy
  • In case of damaged or defective products, the issue must be reported to our showroom team within 2 days of receipt.
  • If the product received does not meet expectations based on website displays, notifications must be sent within 2 days.
  • Requests are entertained only after our gemologists verify and confirm the issue regarding purity or damage.
Warranty & Refund Processing
  • For products under manufacturer warranty, customers are requested to contact the respective manufacturer for direct service.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment source.
